It takes superior talent and artistry to hand-paint ceramics; it’s an ancient craft that’s slowly fading away. Not many people learn it anymore; it’s challenging to find employees who possess that skill.

The process can be intricate. Depending on the design and expression, each piece may undergo multiple firings in the kiln (oven).
